Dr. Patricia Dillman
I’m thrilled to serve as the assistant principal of Camden Elementary School! I joined the Kershaw County School District in 2022 as a school counselor at Doby’s Mill Elementary and have over 11 years of experience in education. Throughout my career, I’ve served as a classroom teacher, school counselor, and assistant principal in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and now South Carolina. I also had the privilege of working in higher education for over six years as the Director of Learning Services at both Michigan State University and Louisiana State University.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in special education from Texas A&M University and my Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Houston. I went on to receive an Education Specialist degree from Louisiana State University and completed my Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at East Tennessee State University.
I’m passionate about student success and excited to contribute meaningfully to the Camden Elementary family. I currently live in Camden with my husband, Jeff, and our two amazing children, Olivia and Cole, who attend Camden area schools.
